This multi-faceted home was designed to encompass true indoor/outdoor living. The main floor hosting the kitchen, dining, wet bar, and living fully open to the courtyard pool and spa. The roof structure over the courtyard was designed with open skylights to capture sun and the elements. 

Design is contemporary, yet warm with IPE wood accents, walnut furniture, and clean crisp lines. Large format concrete floor tiles and wood grain high lacquer cabinetry tell the story of coolness meeting warmth with a serene outcome. A sense of light was extremely important to the design. 

LED light details were carefully designed into many aspects of the home; below the baseboard, above the cabinet crown molding, behind floating vanity mirrors, under vanity cabinetry, and behind a meticulously designed curved entry wall featuring floating wood IPE.

Contemporary Coastal Design.  Outdoor living was the focus with sunken living room, zero entry pool, slide and water fall feature.
